Aoife Gaffney (a closet introvert) is the founder of Prudence Moneypenny Coaching. She is an award-winning international Certified Money Coach, relationship and life coach empowering women to take charge of their lives and earn more money. She is the Regional President of the Professional Speaking Association in Ireland,  Institute of Banking and a Qualified Financial Advisor. 

She is a certified EFT practitioner, hypnotherapist, NLP master and trauma-informed practitioner. Using her signature light-hearted coaching method, she works with women who are looking to take up, shake up, make up or break up with their relationships with themselves, their partners and/or their own money stories. 

When she is not coaching, hiding, drinking coffee, writing books, cleaning or tidying, she works in education, primarily supporting adults with additional needs. She is a proud tree hugger and sits on the volunteer board of Directors of a non-profit, native, Irish tree planting co-op, An Dulra. www.andulra.ie.

She currently lives in Ireland, in her tiny house, and frequently dreams of warmer climates and a bigger house. She is a regular contributor to Irish newspapers and radio.
