I am deeply passionate about holistic health and wellness, and I’m always open to growing and learning.I enjoy spending early mornings walking on the beach, and doing mobility and strength training workouts with a sprinkle of yoga. I also love to bring new life and purpose to old furniture pieces. It is therapeutic. Discovering and experimenting with new recipes adds to my balanced lifestyle. It brings me joy to share these new recipes with others to help them create a healthy lifestyle.  

My beautiful daughter, Callie, and our amazing cat, Lola, are my family. They mean the world to me. I am also passionate about helping other women realize that they deserve a peaceful, abundant, and serene life on their own terms. After enduring an abusive marriage for 20 years, I know firsthand what other women are going through, and I’m determined to help them. My mission is to serve women and their children who are experiencing abuse, offering them hope, support, and a way to build a better life.

I believe that if I can help even one woman, I’ve done my job—but my hope is to help many. I’m learning to see the good in every situation, no matter how challenging it may be, and I’m committed to using my experiences to be of service to those who need it most.
