Never Underestimate the Power of Hope

“Hopefull Handbags genuinely cares and supports survivors on their journey to success, whatever their unique success means to them.”

Our Story

Hopefull Handbags Global began in 2017 with a single handbag in memory of our founder, Cathlene’s grandmother, Carolyn.

Today, this small act of compassion has blossomed into a global nonprofit  tirelessly promoting safety, health, wellness and long term financial stability for survivors and their children.

Through community engagement and personalized mentorship, we ensure that the real needs of survivors and their families are met, empowering them to rebuild their lives.

We are currently raising funds for Carolyn’s Haven of Hope Bridge Housing, a vital project designed to close the gap between emergency shelter stays and long-term independent living.

Our Programs

Our SHINE and NEW programs offer life-changing one-on-one mentorship that equips survivors with the tools they need to navigate their unique journeys, from finding stable employment to building self-confidence.

Every donation made to Hopefull Handbags Global goes directly to the area it was donated in or the project it supports, ensuring maximum impact.

Cathlene’s Why Behind Hopefull Handgbags Global

Cathlene Miner is the founder and CEO of Hopefull Handbags Global Non Profit, Inc. an author, international speaker, on-air personality, CEO  mother and grandmother.

After seeing her grandmother live in and deal with domestic abuse daily she knew at a young age that something had to change. Cathlene’s parents broke the cycle and she feels blessed to have seen first hand what healthy relationships look like.

Cathlene is dedicated to spreading the message of hope and raising awareness that Abuse of any kind is NOT OK and that there is help and support globally. The more adults we can get to safety they fewer children that have to grow up in abusive homes.

It is time to change the patterns so that Domestic Abuse is brought out in to the open. Hopefull Handbags Global Non Profit, Inc. assists communities globally in this vision through partnerships, sponsors, local advocates, and support from businesses worldwide.
