My name is Evelyn Marron, and I am a mother of three boys, originally from Kenya, now living in Northern Ireland, UK. As a survivor of domestic abuse, my passion lies in helping those who have been in similar situations and breaking the cycle of abuse.

I am proud to serve as the President of Hopefull Handbags Global Northern Ireland, where we work tirelessly to provide critical support to survivors of domestic violence. Hopefull Handbags offers more than just emotional support—it provides practical tools, safe spaces, and resources to help women and children rebuild their lives free from abuse. We focus on empowerment through education, skills training, and self-defense, ensuring that survivors have the foundation they need for sustainable independence.

I also coordinate Hopefull Handbags’ water project in Kenya, where we are making strides in improving access to clean water, a vital resource that helps foster healthier and more stable communities. Our mission is to create lasting change for women and children, offering them the opportunity to thrive in safe, nurturing environments.
